About the role.
The Recruitment Executive – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle within the Placement Business Vertical, acting as the connecting point between employers/clients and job seekers/candidates.
The role covers the complete Hire-to-Retire journey from a placement-services perspective, beginning with understanding client manpower requirements and sourcing suitable candidates, followed by screening, evaluation, interview coordination, selection, offer facilitation, joining/onboarding coordination, post-placement follow-up, retention tracking, replacement management and closure.
The incumbent will be responsible not only for filling vacancies but also for delivering quality placements, maintaining candidate and client relationships, achieving recruitment targets, maintaining accurate recruitment records and contributing to revenue generation for the placement business.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.

What we're looking for.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Staffing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates with a genuine interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
